Refund policy
Because of the nature of the production of custom & personalized items, we can't accept returns or exchanges for them. If they arrive damaged or defective, we will replace or repair them at no cost to the customer, once they have been shipped back to us in the condition they were received. Please be aware that custom and personalized orders that are returned can only be refunded for the cost of materials at their current value, as in most cases, custom & personalized items can not be resold.
When you receive the item, if you feel for any reason that the item is not right for you, we will accept *returnable items back within 30 days for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping.) If you wish to make an exchange, exchanges will be handled as completely separate transactions, and shipped out accordingly upon receipt of payment for those separate purchases. Refunds for original items purchased will be paid out upon receipt of returned items as per conditions specified above.
Please make sure to send items back in the condition you received them in. Please make sure to purchase tracking and insurance from your shipping service provider; we won't be able to issue refunds for items lost or damaged in shipping, if there is no tracking info and insurance to recover them.
Once your *returnable item is safely returned to us, we will be able to refund you for your purchase.
*returnable items are only items that meet all of the criteria listed above in the first paragraph
